  • Service providers supporting our operations (e.g., e-stamping, e-sign, hosting, communication tools), under confidentiality obligations;
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal and statutory obligations, and to resolve disputes. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
